Doors
Manufactured from 1.5mm galvanized mild steel and painted with epoxy-polyester powder coating. The doors produced with the option to open to the right or left are connected with 4 hinges and are locked with a multi-point clutch espagnolette locking mechanism. There is a single door or double door option.
Notes• Standard doors are produced with right hinges.
Different demands must be stated in the order.
• Polyurethane cast gasket has been applied to the doors for impermeability and protection against vibration.
• A drawing in DWG format should be given for the desired ventilation grill and other special cut-outs on the door.
• The doors should be installed last due to the risk of scratching.
Accessories• The standard type espagnolette lock is shipped assembled on the door.
• Hinge and strike plate are supplied with the door.

Fixed Covers and Top Covers
Manufactured from 1.5mm galvanized mild steel and painted with epoxy-polyester powder coating. They are attached to the frame with M6 torque screws. Polyurethane cast gasket is applied for protection against vibration and dust and water.
Notes
• Standard covers are without ventilation grill. Ventilation grill demands should be stated in the order.
• A drawing in DWG format should be given for the desired ventilation grill and other special cut-outs on the cover.
• The cut-out request for the fan module on the top cover must be specified in the order. The fan module cannot be added later.

EED Distribution and Protection Panels

Main Frame
Manufactured from 2.5mm galvanized mild steel. It is combined with specially designed corner pieces and strong profiles without using welding. EED free standing type panel frames are shipped as disassembled. Installation is easy and fast. The holes placed at 25 mm intervals on the main frame provide a flexible solution for mounting profiles and accessories.

Notes
• There are 4 Vertical Profiles in a cabinet. Vertical profiles are ordered as a set.

The 2nd set is in cabin depth and there are 4 pieces.
• Wooden hammers and air tightening tools should be used during assembly.
Accessories
• Corner elements are supplied with the Vertical Profile Set.

Cover Plate Rail Set
Cover plate rail sets and cover plates designed to prevent direct contact are produced from 1mm mild sheet and painted with epoxy-polyester powder coating. Cover plate rail set is produced as a set in cabin size.
Cover plates are produced in 3 types as with ventilation grill, with cut-outs suitable for DIN rail equipment and straight. Standard cover plates are produced in accordance with fixed screwing and hinged connection.
Notes
- The cover plate Rail set should be ordered in accordance with the cabinet width and height dimensions.
- Cover plates are ordered separately in desired dimensions.
- Ventilation grill and cut-out requests on the cover plates must be specified at the time of order.
- Hinges and lock sets are optional for cover plates. It must also be ordered.
Accessories- Mounting screws for the cover plate rail set are given together as a set.
- The screws required for mounting the cover plates are supplied with the cover plate.
Notes- The total height of the cover plates should be 125mm shorter than the cabinet height.
- The height of the example cabinet above is 1800mm. The total height of the cover plates is 1675mm.
- Cover plates with ventilation grill have -P at the end of the order code.
- Cover plates with DIN rail equipment holes have -W at the end of the order code.
Plinths
It has plinth feet made of 2.5mm galvanized mild steel and plinth covers made of 1.5mm galvanized mild steel. There are 100mm and 200mm options for plinth height. Plinth covers are painted with
epoxy-polyester powder coating.
There is also a monoblock plinth solution for heavy industrial applications. Monoblock plinth is produced from 2.5mm – 6mm mild steel in accordance with the project specifications and is painted with epoxy-polyester powder coating.
Notes- The plinth set consists of 4 pieces plinth corners and 4 pieces plinth profiles, produced in accordance with the cabinet width and depth dimensions.
- The plinth profiles are black regardless of the cabin color.
- A higher plinth solution is created by mounting the plinth set one on top of the other.
- The load carrying capacity of the standard type plinth corner is limited. Monoblock Plinth solution should be preferred for cabinets containing heavy materials such as transformers.
- Plinth profiles should be installed last due to the risk of scratching.
Accessories- The screws required for the assembly of the plinth profiles are supplied as a set with the profiles.
- The screws required for the assembly of the plinth corner are supplied as a set with the Corners.
Mounting Rails
Mounting Rails and other accessories are made of 2.5mm galvanized mild steel. It has holes that allow mounting at 25mm intervals. Mounting Rails and accessories are determined according to the project requirement and ordered separately.
Notes• The dimensions of the mounting Rails are different from the cabinet dimensions. It should be ordered in the appropriate size for the place where it will be used.
• Connection piece and screw set should always be used for the connection of mounting accessories to the cabinet carrier frame and mounting rails.
• The carrying capacity of the Mounting rails is limited. Special mounting rails must be ordered for mounting heavy parts.
Accessories
• 2 connection pieces and 4 screws are suppliedas a set together with the Mounting Rails.
Mounting Plate
Mounting plates are manufactured from 2.5 mm galvanized mild steel. There are connection pieces designed for easy assembly. Mounting plates and accessories are determined according to the project requirement and ordered separately.
Notes• The dimensions of the Mounting Plates are different from the cabinet dimensions. It should be ordered in the appropriate size for the place where it will be used.
• There is no any cut-outs on the Standard Mounting Plates.
• Connection piece and screw set should always be used in the connection of Mounting Plates to the cabinet carrier frame and mounting rails.
• Mounting Profiles have limited carrying capacity. Special Mounting Profiles must be ordered for mounting heavy parts.
Accessories
• 4 connection pieces and 8 screws are supplied as a set with the Mounting Profiles.
Mounting Consoles
Mounting console is manufactured from 2.5mm galvanized mild steel. It has flexible connection holes for the connection of different brands of switchgear materials. Console heights are adjustable. Switchgear material mounting consoles and accessories are determined according to the project requirement and ordered separately.
Notes
• There are suitable holes and slots in the mounting consoles for the connection of different brands of switchgear materials.
• The height of the mounting consoles can be adjusted.
• DWG format drawing should be given for mounting console in special dimensions and different mounting options.
• Connection piece and screw set should always be used in the connection of mounting consoles to the cabinet carrier frame and mounting rails.
Accessories
• 2 connection pieces and 8 screws are supplied as a set with mounting consoles.
Accessories for IP54 Outdoor Application
Free standing modular cabinets have accessories for outdoor applications. In panels to be used in outdoor applications in protection class up to IP54, main frame and mounting rails and profiles made of galvanized mild steel are painted with epoxy-polyester powder coating.
There are optional protective top cover for outdoor type panels and protective covers against water and dust for ventilation grills. Protective top cover and ventilation grill covers are produced from galvanized mild steel and painted with epoxy-polyester powder coating.
Notes
• An optional fan module can be added to the IP54 top cover.
• It is recommended to use vertical profile kits and all mounting accessories as painted in outdoor type cabinets.
• If IP54 outdoor type cabinets will be used as a group, additional accessories may be required for the isolation between cabinets.
• Painted parts should be installed last because of the risk of scratching.
Accessories
• The screws required for mounting the IP54 top cover are supplied as a set with the cover.
• Ventilation grill covers and dust filter sheets are supplied with mounting screws.
• Dust filters are not supplied with the cabinet.
• Top cover fan module is optional and must be ordered separately.
Other Accessories
